China Brand Convention and Promulgation Ceremony organized by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Chinese Academy of Economy, China Brand Manage Association, Asia Brand Construction Association, Chinese Commercial Times held in Xiangshuiwan, Sanya of Hainan on the 28th June 2009, government officers, representatives from media, business elites gathered together to witness this grand event of China brand.

Owing to its abundant enterprising strength, globalized development stratagem, continue self branding effort and obligation of corporate social responsibility, Tiens Group gained favour and recognition from the committee of convention, awarded numerous honors during this convention. Through the strategic cooperation on the project of "TIENS International Health Industrial Park", IBM will provide seamless and all-inclusive technical support as well as a steady and secure information framework with high reliability for TIENS International Health Industrial Park. And Tiens Group will also obtain comprehensive base platform covering such aspects as network, server, safe backup and virtual integration so as to upgrade TIENS' dynamic business service ability and consolidate TIENS' leading position in the industry.

Mr. Qian Daqun, Board Chairman and CEO of IBM Greater China Region, said at the press conference that he was very pleased to attend and witness the strategic cooperation ceremony between IBM and Tiens Group. At 19:00 p.m. August 2, 2009, the celebration was formally kicked off at the stadium of Tianshi College, which marked the beginning of a 3-day 2009 celebration activity for Tiens Group 14th birthday. In the days flaring with dreams and glories, nearly 10,000 friends coming from around China gathered for the ceremony. At that time their warm smiles brightened the celebration, and their friendly speeches brought people closer. Dream, glory, passion, and future were shining on their faces.

Senior executives and managerial personnel from the headquarter of Tiens Group, senior executives from regional offices, government dignitaries, and authoritative medias as well as nearly 10,000 friends from TIENS China region jointly witnessed the grand and impassioned celebration.
